The aim for this wiki is to document the world as it was in the [https://www.wikipedia.org/wiki/Baroque baroque] era and will allow for information about 1600-1750. This wiki could have been named for its [https://www.wikipedia.org/wiki/Baroque baroque] era or for the period 1600-1750, but for now a single year has been chosen as the primary reference point to help resolve possible date disputes. This wiki is intended to provide detailed coverage of the people, places, events, ideas, and cultures of the period 1600–1750, with a focus on how they relate to one another within their historical context. Research conducted for this wiki may also be useful for improving other educational resources, including [https://www.wikipedia.org Wikipedia], where such contributions meet the standards of those projects. The goal is to connect information in a way that allows readers to gain a representative view of the era without the additional context of other historical periods overwhelming the subject. This wiki aims to provide historically sourced educational information about the period 1600–1750. At present, editing is restricted to administrators. This will be expanded in the future once the wiki has established a basic structure and a set of guidelines for contributors. bvr5vjjh0ghqjx5biwnoeu5lna8wrdz
